  <p>Marukyu's many years of experience and the know-how of its scientific staff make it capable of managing a wide range of ingredients and adapting them for use in fishing. One of them is gluten. The ability of gluten to create consistency when mixed with other ingredients automatically makes it a substitute for common flour. Marukyu modified gluten is mainly used when we want to have a high degree of dough retention on the hook. GURUTEN 5 is a second gluten product with the difference, however, that in this case you consist of sweet milk powder which as a material is very pleasant and receptive to fish in combination here with fine wheat protein powder. As soon as it comes in contact with water, the protein is poured into the water with strong attracting properties to the fish, while the strong gluten fibers hold the bait in the form of dough on the hook.
